Great piece. I came to the same conclusion. For me it came down to trying to enjoy the craft more than the outcome. I would enjoy learning a new skill rather than beat my head against the wall until we had rapid growth. You never know what outcome you’ll arrive, so enjoying the craft is the only way to stay sane.
